Return and Exchange Policy

At Chero Clothing Line, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, we understand that sometimes issues can arise. Our policy is straightforward:

  • No Returns or Refunds: We do not accept returns or refunds on any purchases.
  • Exchanges: We only process exchanges if the item is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. In such cases, Chero Clothing Line will cover the shipping costs.
  • Other Exchanges: For exchanges due to sizing issues or any reason other than defects, customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs.
  • All exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of order.
